Changes Made

When exposed to a bloody sim, vampiric sims shouldn't be as thirsty as before. You still should get them to go hunt if they get a little peckish being so close to the human so that the nonvampire drunken human can go and wash up. Or if you killed them,  thats another way to make sure your vamp doesn't continue to be thirsty.
