Changes Made

• Thirst Decay slower
• Minimized sims' reactions to a Drinking vampire
• Vampires shouldn't be scared of storms while inside a building anymore!
• All Vampires should have their Rock Climbing skill up to 8 (because they shouldn't be physically inferior).
• Prevented aliens from abducting vampires
• Female vampires or those who would be able to bear children will now always be unable to give birth even if you made them able to in CAS!
